Can someone just please summarize what's the best recommendation for BATCH 1 customers???

As far as I see things:

A) Gallo      =   You only get to keep 60 % of  your share in the XYZ bucket of refunds. Does Gallo add any value at all for such a huge take they are getting? If they add Batch 2 refunds to the bucket, your share will be even further diluted, correct?
B) No Gallo =   Free riding. You get to keep 100% of your share in the XYZ bucket of refunds. This bucket includes everyone by default?

*Is that how it works??
*Is the bucket of refunds really the same or not in both cases?? Even if Gallo's bucket is larger, with their immense cut, would still make option B) better, correct?
* Does option B) has a significantly smaller probability of getting refunds than option A) for MORTAL customers like us (exclude Liquibits from the equation )
