Yeah this happened like almost a week ago. VTC endured a lot of market manipulation recently...
That's called inflation brother. VTC is constantly in the top 10 to mine producing 30 BTC per day and no buyers lately as pow coins are out.
It's still pretty good that VTC has kept it's BTC market cap, steady. But with this massive inflation early adopters are getting the worse of it. Adding 20% of the total coin supply is diluting your investment by that much every month if there is no pump at any point.
We've reached much higher with the same "inflation". Besides, VTC is hardly 6 months old. After a year or two, a months worth of coin rewards won't mean as much.
I was referring to Cryptsy delaying VTC withdrawls last week for a few days.
Right before this occurred, the price was starting to hit .80+ (after stealth news) USD.
During the delays, it crept back down to .65 USD.
