why do you blame capitalism, no one in the world had capitalism for the last 40 years.
I have to agree, Brazilian situation is probably because of the corruption at a massive scale and as far as I know they've always been pretty far from a capitalist society.
I don't see how anyone can argue that the USA is capitalist when 50 cents out of every dollar goes to some kind of tax. Federal income tax, state income tax, sales tax, fuel tax, property tax, etc.
