This rant is not really directed at the person I quoted. The off-handed choice of words demonstrataes just how commonplace it has become to have wildly irrational expectations. Not only is the paint not dry, there isn't even a wall to paint... Only a complete lunatic would expect it to be stable, usable, and adoptable when it's version 0.1. We don't even have a validated Alpha-RC yet! For fuck's sake, get a damn clue!
