Avoid Poloniex. I sent 110 hotcoins two days ago but my wallet still shows zero hotcoins. Emailed them, but no response.

Check
http://explorer.hot-coin.org:889/ shows that money was received in my poloniex wallet.
But it is not showed in my balance page (Poloniex site). It shows 0 hotcoins.
And in http://explorer.hot-coin.org:889/ Redeemed at input column I see Not yet redeemed
Why not? There are 723 confirmations...
