What is your OS? Windows/Linux/Other?
If you are under Linux operating system at the moment you might be not able to view the content.
Bitcoin Online Embassy is using "Unity Web Player" - if your operating system is able to use "Unity Web Player" you will be able to visit the Embassy.
Soon a download of a standalone version of the Embassy for Linux operating system will be possible.
And just after Unity5 release Bitcoin Online Embassy will be converted into webGL - so stay tuned.
