I think we are on the same page. The DEV has to follow through with E-Betting now. There really is no choice. Copycats started as soon as he announced the idea and showed the screenshots; that is just reality.

You are incorrect about one thing... There is a Huge difference between being the first to "announce" and being the first to "implement".
