As a director for a small company (6 of us in total) doing web programming, custom databases, on-site tech support and so on, I've got access to some decent programming experience. I myself have quite a bit of experience dealing with tax issues (I'm not an accountant, but I make a point of knowing the ins and outs of GST law and so on), setting up trusts (not trust accounts, the corporate entity), registering companies and so on.
