A small change to the code was made yesterday, so please update the wallet again if you updated yesterday.
The new wallet doesn't work. I double click and nothing happens.

Maybe try "open as administrator" ?
Already tried. The process doesn't start. Maybe the problem is that i'm running windows 8.1?
