Wow, just wow. That anyone would even consider sending money after reading the claims on that website is just mind-boggling. Might as well be called the ScamView 9000: The World's First Totally-Real-And-Absolutely-Not-Made-Up-And-Impossibly-Awesome VR Headset, brought to you by NigerianPrince Incorporated. If you think you're ever gonna get a product, or even a refund, good freakin' luck.
(It's important to do a little bit of research on VR hardware before buying - there's a reason the two multibillion dollar-backed teams working on VR headsets haven't released yet, and that's because building a good VR headset just happens to be very very difficult.)
Wow, just wow. It' amazing that you just registered here on the forums in order to post that comment as it's your first and you just registered today. So wow, you must work for Oculus then?
Or maybe you're the nigerian prince?
If you had done your research you'd know that Samsung is releasing a 4K smartphone 5.5" handset in Q1 2015 which is smaller than the 7" one Horizon VR is releasing. There are numerous news reports about it. Just google a little.
The 4K smartphone race is heating up for 2015 with several big names slated to release their offerings, so is it any wonder someone has secured a screen provider to supply those same screens? Duh....
Anyway, I figured there'd be opposition, and you've proved me right. Some of us will be gaming on 4K long before the Oculus consumer version hits in 1080p.
Good luck convincing people with your obvious "I signed up just to post garbage about about a rival company, and no one will notice!".
first post... sheesh
