why my activity didn't raise to 28 as i have 28 posts

. what can i do if i want to maintain 1 activity point for 1 post as the other guy did ?
1) No issues, activity are rised every 2 ACTIVE weeks
2) Post regularly, it doesn't really matter to rise 1 activity per post. Just try to post in some topics every few days.
