Difficulty is always increasing. It depends on how high you think difficulty will rise in the future. This price is cheaper than Bitmain website and includes a PSU, if you have a reasonable offer, PM me (though much less than what I've posted and I will just keep mining with them tbh, I'm getting rid of them because my gf is sick of them, but I can persuade her  )
