due to bitcoin, is it possible that there is only one currency in the future? please show your comments. thanks

I guess having only one currency is a very unflexible setting causing problems with inflation etc. Look i.e. at the euro integration in Europe. Having the same currency in 25 countries leads to problems since the exchange and interest rates need to adapt to economic developments in each country. Furthermore a similar tax system would be needed.
