As a community we can do all we want to promote CINNI, but nobody is going to invest blindly without looking into the coins dev leadership, and if it has none, well, I cant see its value ever going up.
It has devs who have admirably pressed on with developing genuinely new features.
What it lacks are committed marketers, but the community is in the process of addressing that.
