What's the easiest way to buy, and hold VeriCoin in the UK?

Will the dynamic interest still come into play if I buy via somewhere like mintpal/cryptsy and keep it in there?

Buy bitcoin on http://bittylicious.com and trade btc on mintpal/cryptsy/bittrex for vrc. You won't gain interest though if it's held in an exchange wallet, so withdraw and hold in your qt wallet.

how long does it take to stake?
i have coins like 1 day on the wallet and it's still "no mature coin"

8 hours, is your wallet encrypted? needs to be unlocked to generate interest payments. Also I believe you need to have your wallet open to gain interest.
