The TOR capability is already built into the BTC/LTC core... has been for several generations... nothing new... just another example of creating a fad to sell a coin.
This is why the whole anonymous fad coins are nothing more than experimental software at the moment... and will struggle to really gain real world... that is outside of BCT and etc... adoption... Bitcoin and Litecoin can both be completely anonymous if the user chooses to do so.
