If you see the 2 NoirShares-Qt.exe files, are different. See Properties / Details / Date modified of the files, one 22-Jun-2014 and the other 23-Jun-2014.

I tested with method described in post 1605 using both zip a) and b). When I tested with zip a) wallet crashed before open. With zip b), the wallet opened fine and downloaded ok the full block chain but when I closed and opened again it had to re-sync, it is like something was lost.
