I would say that is not exactly true.

Are you sourcing the ASIC chip from Avalon? Or are you making your own ASIC chip?

They made their own chip. Have you not seen the 100+ pictures of all the chips on trays, or installed on boards, or installed in miners?

Well, date of the ba post and question is september 2013. At that time they have mining hw build on other asic chip manufactures.
