According to JDS1000 who was coordinating the campaign, giveaways for MintPal voting campaigns are not against the T+C's, and they were real human votes as can be seen at: http://coinzen.org/index.php/topic,913.0.html
Obviously no more HYPER will be used for the voting campaign, until I have a resolution from JDS1000 or MintPal.
Yeah uh, let us know. I was lucky to sell back out at what I bought in at and didn't lose anything but I was really loving this coin.
Well all the HYPER projects are continuing as planned, as always. They are what really gives HYPER value.
JDS1000 seems like a straight up guy and he's in touch with MintPal now trying to sort it out.
