Can anybody possibly offer me some guidance here please?
I sold 3 Antminer S1s on eBay, and when they left here they were working perfectly. The 3 units are stacked, one on top of the other.

http://www.cryptocointips.com/s1s.JPGThe person who received the units is telling me that one of the boards on the middle unit is not powering up. Supposedly the top unit works fine, and the bottom unit works fine. But only 1/2 of the middle unit is working.
This is pretty obviously a power problem, but I don't have a unit here to even look at to see if I can suggest something.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have him hook up the one that's not working by itself to rule out the power as the cause.
