Voot Noob Alert.....

I downloaded the windows wallet form the OP, installed, opened and it's just sitting there out of sync.  I tried to open and close a couple times.  "0 Active Connections".  I got the standard windows nag asking if I want to allow access to the network which i agreed to.  But nothing is happening.

I have 3 other wallets running and staking with no problems.  Any ideas?
