chill out you didn't lose any coins.
cp your wallet.bin file to a backup fild
mv wallet.bin wallet.bin.bak

delete your wallet.bin file, not your keys file.  DO NOT DELETE YOU KEYS FILE

open simplewallet using the same name and it will resync from the beginning and all your coins will be back.
