Personally i think the low price and exposure is a great thing right now. less pressure on devs and less risk of whales dumping on it. Like early Bitcoin we are more worried about seeing new technology turn out well, rather than seeing how much profit we can make over night.
Litecoin is another great example, great improvements to a great thing, just as much transaction volume as BTC, but yet the price hasnt gone anywhere, Granted their project wasnt as ambitious as CLOAKs right now.
When its time, it will get there all on its own.
