Yeah. I've had the same problem before. I have to really stop myself from buying too many games before I've finished the ones I'm currently playing or plan to play in the next little while. I'll always be able to buy new games later, and the prices are only going to go down so I can convince myself to wait. But it's not easy. Getting caught up in Steam sales is very easy.
