it is hard to understand how did it first. exe coin devs claim to be the first in this place... so what is the deal?
But they haven't released anything Sx related right? I bet they are simply claiming to be first but then waiting for Vertcoin to release the code so that they can start copying wholesale. The only thing I notice going for them is the Electrum Beta.

As execoin dev I feel like I should say, that execoin made
no claim it would be the first alt to implement stealthes.
The reality is that MON have already released stealth in mainnet, and it was inevitable after the long path of testing they took.
I'm not even claiming that EXE would release stealth support before VERT.

we already have a number of stealth transactions in mainnet made by devs.

We have no gui right now, so it's just a dev toy, and saying that we are first in mainnet is senseless.
I also would like to note that execoin is going with
absolutely alternative implementations in python and electrum, so it will be 100% different.
That's why, even being open source fan,
I absolutely support Vertcoin release as proprietary closed-source qt client to defend it from copypasting. We are going completely another way. In our implementation of stealth addresses feature there will be no single common line of code with Vertcoin.
The only common thing is a whole concept of stealth addresses and this idea was invented neither by Vertcoin nor by Execoin devs, but by darkwallet team.
I'm not here to support a holywar, Vertcoin is a coin with a great potential and strong community. Execoin has its own niche in the market too, and is ready to provide its own innovations. And as long as development will be over, we will opensource our code.
