Edit: give-me-coins as 8% of hashrate, simplevert as 22%. Combined, this two pools got 30% of global hashrate. This could harm the coin (51% attack) if they keep getting higher hashrates.

and the rest of the pools have a combined hashrate of 100%.....way more than 51%.
they are 2 completely different pools...whats your point?
