Bitmain will ship even sooner, so I for one would get a refund from BA and run.
Except that's not possible. Your only hope for a refund is if you used Minersource as reseller. BA won't refund.
The longer it takes to produce a final product, the more BA spends. Unless they've been mining with the x3s already, they likely don't have money for refunds. They've had problems at every step of production, this costs more money that they didn't plan on spending. They've had problems with 5 LCD factories, that probably blew 80% of their total budget.
