no you cant join till your confirmed, campaign was full and def they wont take jr member, its a waste of funding

Good gravy, just because a rate is posted doesn't mean people are being accepted. I still need that for when I calculate.
What actually makes you think that a posted rate means that they are accepting? A member can apply, but probably not be accepted. Their rate remains posted anyways.
So please, learn from this experience.
