This is exactly what was expected, even hoped for: a way to see debug of the manner in which bad actors are fucking the network so that a form of enforcement could be created to filter them out. testnet was too sterile. It had to be observed live. And that's exactly what we're doing...

Each round, a winning Masternode is chosen to carry out Darksend transactions. This algorithm chooses a winning node for Darksend, but there is also a runner up, third, forth, fifth place, etc.
