That's exactly what my best mate said to me who works as a SysAdmin for a large firm.  He said "Don't ask me how many times I thought a data centre was safe and a flash storm/burst water pipe has had me ankle deep in water trying to save the server room..."

I've got racks for all 30 from OpenRigs, just haven't built them yet, still arguing with them because the workmanship is so bad I'm trying to organise a refund.  I think I'll grab another 30 crates and just lift them off the ground...
