I'm all for waiting till end of pow for exchanges... but if you really want to get on bittrex asap all it takes is a bunch of tweets  with " @bittrexexchange please accept #Luotuscoin  #LTS for trading " (and always add a few extra #'s of coins that have a lot of volume being traded)
