yes it will be very important. It will prove that the wallet is yours.

KarmashareLLC is not active at this moment. We have tons of projects but they are not ready. Some are in beta some are sill in core development status, some need additional investment to continue. Eventually the LLC will be used for members to Vote their opinion.

for example in near future we will have some thing like " Should the LLC take this ______ path. Vote Yes or No! " and users will vote with their sharepoints. On average one user invested more then once. so they will have to verify by sending the signed message that they own this many total shares and are entitled to this many vote points
