MSDN accounts are for developers to test their products on Microsoft platforms. The keys should not be sold and used in an operational environment, not even for web surfing and checking email (specified in the agreement). There is no way what Floord is doing is legal, and keys provided by him could be invalidated by Microsoft anytime.
I've done some searching :-
If an MSDN subscription is transferred or sold, any perpetual use rights are transferred to the new party and the seller can no longer use the software.
You are allowed to transfer or sell your MSDN account under the condition that you no longer use your account.
There is a fair chance that the keys provided by Floord are pirated , but this is not enough to ban him or make him shut his shop down.
