COMMUNITY: The fellow who made our block explorer deserves a 'Bounty'. Is anyone opposed to me sending all the coins I staked POS to him?
That would amount to 1067 PMP....

Imo there's no problem to use stake interest for bounties, y not!!!
He declined the bounty offer. We will use it to bounty future PMP projects... You can still tip him though
( I think thats what he wants us to do )
