Anyone know, whats that "AT" which they want to test ?
It is Automated Transactions. This is a turing complete mechanism that makes smart contracts and dacs possible. It is what ethereum is trying to do. The head dev of the AT project wants to put it in the core but JL, the main dev, is not sure if it is safe. A testnet is being set up.
