They are either created for no reason other than to try to create a new altcoin community and pull from the old altcoin community, or to mine a coin that is not as hard to mine as other coins.
What people NEED to be thinking when they make a coin is "How can I get NEW PEOPLE in to the altcoin community" or else you are making a shit coin.
