It's still a fairly large amount for a single donor to make at current prices. The best thing about the Community Chest is that it scales very nicely with price increases, so it'll be worth more and the community would be able to enjoy more low to medium impact externally sourced developments due to the increased purchasing power the Community Chest has!

So we are grateful to that mysterious generous donor and hope that he or she sets an example for all the other pandas out there!
