I believe you are upset because a day after you ordered another competitor lowered pricing. I am not affiliated with that competitor therefore I cannot refund you the difference. I would have no problem refunding your order, but the package is in transit to you. Filing a dispute with Paypal can unfortunately not make DHL give me a tracking number any faster. Sellers beware.
