I restartet  testnet with a new genesis block.

If you want to test something please download newest client  https://bitbucket.org/NFDcoin/nfdcoin/downloads
and add a conf/nxt.properties with minimum content:
nxt.isTestnet=true

A public available online wallet for testnet is https://woll-e.net:9876/

Please never use same password for testnet and mainnet!
If you need some testnet NFD coins please write me a pm.

All who tested last time and got test NFD should already have some new NFD coins in their test accounts.
