If you're not scamming me, then you wont mind refunding my paypal and closing the dispute I have with you, right?

I sent him 150 via paypal. We kept on emailing back and forth, he kept on making excuses. Finally he just stopped emailing me back. I did a chargeback on my paypal, but Im still out 150 bucks until for the next two weeks, unless he refunds me. Ill upload screen shots tomorrow, Im about to go to bed.
