Nah I wrote "commercially available" meaning accessible to the mass market/public. If you check circle.com it definitely doesn't look ready yet - though yes, it's probably the one more likely out of the bunch.

I really like BetMoose. It's P2P so there's never a 'gap' between buying/selling. You can bet against yourself all day if you wanted to. I also like the social aspect, actually feels like a community - plus the admins are really active and the site gets weekly updates so it's def my top pick. Plus the creativity of some people actually makes me laugh, something I haven't done on any other exchange ever.
