It will be the false positive that all bitcoin based things get. Just need to get someone to upload it elsewhere.

That is not true. I have downloaded shitload of files including Bitcoin-based wallets from Google and never received a message as above one.

Make your own mind up if you want to download it. Pretty much all wallets come up with a couple of false positives but if you are worried then simply don't risk it I guess.
