Try and duct the hot air out a window with some cheap foil ducting and an inline fan (Hydroponics Shop) you'll need some AC too but a small mobile one would do for 6 S3's Happy Mining !
Your apartment should be fine for that setup, things like SP10's are stupid to try run in your living room.
