A few things led me to this thread. I was reading through some Bitcoin related Articles across a few websites, basically Headline Link Hopping for a few hours. And I found this Article.

It is about a man who accidentally sent 800 BTC to his old abandon MtGox deposit address about a month ago He (He made a Reddit post about this when it happened). Than just recently was able to get those coins returned to him after Contacting a Lawyer & Someone(??) at Gox. A unrelated person made a new Reddit post pointing out that the 800 BTC has left the address that they were sent to.
