well, there is nothing wrong with eligius pool. I was attracted because of the 0% fee, and i also checked the contributors in eligius pool, there are people with far more servers than me 
but as i said, it's trustable all is fine, just i don't agree to that payout policy and i left. this is all, case closed.

The problem is that you didn't know from the start and that you compared 2 pools payouts, but didn't take into consideration the "luck" factor. And you don't have servers, you have miners. Happy mining!
