Yes the devs promised July 4th for fiat and didn't make it. It doesn't matter who's fault it is it's vericoin's for announcing something and not having it happen. The same thing happened when the devs failed to deliver verisms on time and it dropped 27k to 10k. I've been calling this drop since I knew fiat wasn't coming when promised. If you make a promise you need to be damn sure you can deliver.
