You really have 2 choices here. If you believe in the dev team's ability to deliver value in the future, place your buy orders and average down your base cost while the price is slipping, or if you don't believe in the future of the coin, bail now at a loss.

I'm personally torn... I hold 200k SAT2, and am not happy with the lack of progress, but I'm holding.
