Pyra has already addressed the issue of old incomplete deposits with the addition of a system to allocate the unallocated hashpower to the oldest 10 incomplete deposits at any given time.

Some disagreed with it, with some equally valid reasons for their disagreement, as were the reasons for going forward with that system, had validity to it also.

Sure we had some children throwing a tantrum, same as we do now.
