If you have common sense then you would say "Haters gonna hate" and just realise that you can chargeback your money up to 30 days via normal dispute/claim and up to 180 DAYS and paypal cant do fucking shit to you because chargeback works above paypal rules. so if you're so afraid of being scammed by my person, just pay me with card and sleep well.
