edit: just did the math on the 500 LOL, looks like about $5 profit in that right now (cheapest sell on Bittrex right now is for 512 LOL @ 0.00007195), so it seems like a fair markup to me for the convenience, not to mention there will be some kind of PayPal fee coming out of the payment.
